Cheesecheese <3 I'm from Wisconsin….yum. I don't drink, but I'll be fancy and say brie and champagne. I don't think you can go wrong with that.

Fresh mozzarella with tomatoes and basil straight out of the garden. I live on caprese during tomato season.

Goat cheese + South Carolina peaches + fresh basil + a smidge of balsamic vinegar. With a glass of prosecco on the side. Best served on a front porch at dusk. ๐Ÿ™‚

Cheddar and Riesling, please!!! Although I am quite the sucker for a good baked cheddar & monterey jack macaroni and cheese (with bacon and jalapeno, of course).

Brie and anything… a sandwich with turkey and jam. Brie and a pale ale. The cheese pairing app is genius. I love it.
